Important UK postage and delivery information

All CakePhoto orders include Free 1st class postage and are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment. The dispatch time only includes working days and not bank holidays or weekends. Please allow 7 working days for arrival before enquiring the whereabouts of your order.  I will happily assist you in claiming against Royal Mail for a lost item.

Please request another postage method if you are on a strict deadline. I will not be responsible for items arriving after the required date. I always get a proof of posting of which you may request a copy. 

Munchy Mugs, Sweets and Personalised Gifts take a few days to prepare and dispatch so please bear this in mind when ordering. These items are sent using a trackable 3 day courier.
